Oz Pop Divas needs a female singer

 

 

We are a team of dedicated musicians with previous experience, gained both in Europe and Australia, in live music shows combined with relevant visuals displayed on the giant screen.

We previously produced the show "Discology - The Story of Disco Music" and we are now ready to put our energy into another complementary project, using the same concept of live music blended with visuals to support the narrative.

"Oz Pop Divas" is the story of Australian pop from the point of view of Australian female singers such as Helen Reddy and Olivia Newton-John, through to Debra Conway, Marcia Hines, Kate Ceberano and Tina Arena onto more recent artists such as Sia and Tones and I. The last part of the show is dedicated to international female pop singers who also made great the story of pop music: Tina Turner, Annie Lennox, Madonna and many others.

​Talking about Australian Pop Music means talking about Australian people and Australia's story: here the synergy of visuals, footage and imagery together with live music can really create magic and transport the audience throughout the journey.

​The line-up is composed of 2 female singers, guitar, bass, keys, drums and includes significant use of technology and projections.

​

​We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic female singer to complement our team. We are strong believers of personal preparation; therefore there is no point in having endless and ineffectual rehearsals. We will offer you the support you need, rehearsing all together only when it is necessary. Are you ready..?
